その手首の痛みは腱鞘炎かも！？
何かものを取ろうとしたときや力を入れようとしたときに、手首に違和感やずきっとした痛みを感じたことはありませんか？
その症状、手首の「腱鞘炎」かもしれません。
筋肉は骨に腱という組織になり付着しています。その腱を守るためトンネルのようについている「腱鞘」という部分に炎症が起き、痛みを引き起こすことを「腱鞘炎」といいます。
腱鞘炎の原因は過度な負担・酷使と、ホルモンバランスの乱れが関係しているといわれています。
なので産後のママは手首の痛みで悩まされる方が多いのです。
手首の痛みを予防・軽減する方法
手首の痛みを軽減するには、腕の筋肉を緩めてあげる必要があります。腕の筋肉が常に固い状態になると回復力も鈍る手首の痛みが出るリスクが高まってしまいます。
手首ストレッチ
①腕を伸ばし前に出します。
②手のひらを上に向け、もう片方の手で自分側に引き寄せるように伸ばしていきます。
③次は手のひらを下に向け、同様にもう片方の手で引き寄せるように伸ばします。
④反対側の手も行ってください。
ボールで前腕ほぐし
①テニスボールを用意します。
②腕にボールをあててコロコロ転がします。
③裏側、表側どっちも緩めてあがてください。
